Many thanks to Amy Rodger for the minutes of our first ASAM meeting.
Meeting hosted by Sam Fellows and around two pages of people were in attendance for the meeting. Many enthusiastic conversations had surrounding; pay, credit/programme, uncertainties of Covid 19, Health and Safety, Supporting Graduates/students, parents in theatre and the future of the website. (See below for details of all of this.) Mainly we are asking for Parity in Pay, Awareness and Respect within the industry and the need for standardization between all of us to make this happen.
